Yea and my boy loves it ! We’ve done bananas, pears, sweet potatoes and carrots. We did the same with my daughter at this age. And she’s a perfectly healthy, not over weight 4 year old ��

started plain rice cereal with formula about 2.5 months. Then introduced foods this past week. He’s 4 months now. Only 1-2 times a day. My boy was taking too much formula and spitting up a lot. This has helped a great deal. My daughter was the same way.

My paediatrician suggested starting at 4 months and at minimum to have him try peanut butter to avoid him developing an allergy. She also suggested leaving fruit until last or any orange vegetables because they’re sweeter and baby won’t like other stuff if you give them the good stuff first. So we’re going to start out with peanut butter, spinach, peas and green beans.
