Riverstone has acquired its fourth site – a 142 apartment building from St William, part of the Berkeley Group – which will deliver new homes in a landscape-led sustainable neighbourhood in a highly desirable south-west London enclave on London’s King’s Road.
The residence will benefit from an unrivalled position within the King’s Road Park development’s wider masterplan just metres from the iconic King’s Road itself and close to the River Thames.
Riverstone offers luxury apartments for discerning Londoners over-65. Having opened Riverstone Kensington in June and Riverstone Fulham in November, it is building a network of vibrant communities in Central London that offer an exceptional lifestyle with a focus on health and well-being.
At Riverstone King’s Road, 25,000 sq. ft. of amenity space designed by Bowler James Brindley will be delivered including a restaurant, bar, club room, library, swimming pool and spa, a gym designed for physiotherapy and rehabilitation, an exercise studio, espresso bar and cinema.
The amenities will form part of The Riverstone Club, which provides residents with access to all Riverstone’s residences across London. For residents who require assistance and support to continue living independently, The Good Care Group at Riverstone will be available.
Green spaces
The company provides a unique service, designed exclusively for Riverstone’s residents, and includes a complete range of help from weekly personal assistance to 24-hour live-in care.
The wider King’s Road Park development features a large central parkland, which will provide stunning green spaces and natural areas. Riverstone will cultivate its own rooftop and courtyard gardens designed by award-winning landscape designer Andy Sturgeon. At Riverstone King’s Road residents will be in the heart of West London’s bustling cultural, dining and retail offering – from the Saatchi Gallery to The Hurlingham Club.
The King’s Road residence has exceptional connectivity to the rest of the capital too, located less than 10-minutes from Fulham Broadway underground and Imperial Wharf overground station.
Martin Earp, Chief Executive Officer at Riverstone, said: “The acquisition of our fourth residence at King’s Road continues to build on the momentum Riverstone has had in 2022, from the acquisition of our third site in Hampstead at the beginning of the year to welcoming our first residents at Riverstone Kensington and Riverstone Fulham. “Riverstone is establishing itself as a provider of exceptional residences in prime central London and central to our ethos is creating places where people continue to live active, independent, and sociable lives.”
