Helaas ben ik echt niet tevreden.Wat een hele gezellige middag op mijn verjaardag moest worden, eindigde enorm negatief.Tijdens het maken van een telefonische afspraak wisten we nog niet wat we precies wilden. De vrouw aan de telefoon gaf aan dat we dit gerust tussendoor mochten aangeven. Dit deden we ook. We lieten een aantal behandelingen doen, rekeninghoudend met de prijslijst die online staat en de bijbehorende extra kosten die hierbij stonden vermeld. Dit hadden we vooraf al iets uitgedacht en een eigen budget opgesteld.Bij het afrekenen was dit bedrag onze verbazing vele malen hoger dan in de prijslijst. Enkel het haar in model droogfohnen voor 85 euro?! Terwijl in de prijslijst wassen en modelfohnen voor lang haar 45 euro bij elkaar was. Maar de medewerkster gaf aan dat dit toeslagen voor ons dikke haar betrof en wij begonnen dus te twijfelen of we dit wel goed hadden gezien op de site. Dus we hebben in totaal samen bijna 500 euro uitgegeven. 280 en 190 euro. Nooit hebben ze ons mondeling aangegeven dat de prijzen van de benoemde prijslijst kunnen afwijken (dit staat ook niet op de site).Achteraf zagen we op de online bon dat ze zelfs een duurdere stoombehandeling hebben aangetikt terwijl we de behandeling van 50 euro hadden ( voor droog en beschadigd haar dacht ik). Tot mijn verbazing stond op de bon de stoombehandeling 'corona' voor ernstig zieke mensen, van 70 euro op de bon.Ik heb ze een mail gestuurd dat ik hier niet mee akkoord ging en dat zij wettelijk verplicht zijn te melden als de prijzen afwijken van wat er schriftelijk op de site/in de winkel staat. Hierop reageerden ze dat zij dat niet verplicht zijn en dat ik mij hier enkel mee in de eigen vinger snijdt omdat ik het had moeten vragen. Terwijl hoe moet je weten dat de prijs afwijkt als dit nergens schriftelijk staat dat dit mogelijk is. I had an appointment with her and my daughter started to show symptoms of covid on the day of my appointment. I called her to cancel it stating that my daughter is showing symptoms. But she was very rude and said I cannot cancel it last minute and said I did it several times which is a blunt lie I have never canceled my appointment last minute. I am sorry but one comes to know about covid situation many times last minute and in this difficult times one needs to be flexible. Not at all satisfied with way of conveying her message to client. Not at all respectful.

My wife recommended me this saloon, I was very nervous when I first entered because I am very specific with my hair and saloons… I had a long hair And I wanted it short and needed a new style.. and to my surprise I am very Happie with how things went!!! Definitely I will visit again! Added a video of the same!
