APRIL 27

Todd Wayne Jefferson, 57, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of unlawful use of weapons. Jefferson was released from the Lawrence County Jail with an order to appear in court.

Curt Edgar Dill, 38, Bellmont, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Dill was released from the Lawrence County Jail on $1,500 bond.

Linda Fay Anderson, 50, Vincennes, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of failure to appear in court for the unlawful display of a title. Anderson was released from the Lawrence County Jail on $1,500 bond.

APRIL 30

Jessica Johnann Bennett, 29, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of failure to appear. Bennett was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Brandon Dean Broadwater, 33, Olney, was arrested by the Bridgeport Police Department on a charge of criminal trespass to a residence. Broadwater is being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending bond.

Jeramy Allenn Moore, 40, St. Francisville, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear, obstruction of justice and destroying evidence. Moore was released from the Lawrence County Jail on $1,500 bond.

Derek Lee Cosner, 40, Cisne, was arrested by the Bridgeport Police Department on a federal warrant. Cosner is being held without bond in the Lawrence County Jail.

Aaron Matthew Cary, 37, Vincennes, Indiana, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs. Cary was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Cara Raydell Sanderson, 61, Bridgeport, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of haraassment through electronic communications. Sanderson was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Anthony Michael Boas, 22, Vincennes, Indiana, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on charges of driving while license suspended and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Boas was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Joshua Eric Doersam, 31, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department on an order to take into custody. Doersam was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Chelsea Kay Cretors, 31, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a charge of failure to appear in court. Cretors is being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending the establishment of bond.

Amanda Dawn McGuire, 39, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a charge of failure to appear. McGuire was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Jordan William Jones, 40, Lawrenceville, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a charge of felony domestic battery. Jones is being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending the establishment of bond.

Jessica Marie Rousey, 35, Sumner, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a charge of theft less than $500. Rousey was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

Joseph Allen Wilson, 43, Bridgeport, was arrested by the Lawrenceville Police Department on a charge of theft under $500. Wilson was released from the Lawrence County Jail with a notice to appear in court.

WRECKS

The Illinois State Police have reported a single vehicle traffic crash with personal injury that occurred in Lawrence County, three miles south of Sumner on April 26 at approximately 6:58 p.m. A 1996 Black Harley Davidson Motorcycle, being driven by Russell D. Tomblinson, 56, Noble, was traveling north on county road 250E, just south of 800N in Lawrence County, three miles north of Sumner, when he lost control of the motorcycle on loose dirt and rolled the vehicle into the left ditch. The impact ejected both the driver and a passenger, Teresa L. Redman, 54, Olney. Both occupants were flown to a regional hospital with serious injuries. Tomblinson was issued a citation for improper lane usage.

The Lawrenceville Police Department has released the details of a single-vehicle accident that occurred on April 25 which resulted in a Richland County man being charged with multiple defenses. The accident occurred approximately 3:30 p.m. when a 2006 Dodge van, being driven by Charles Robertson, 60, Olney, was traveling east on Lexington Avenue near 20th Street and lost control of the vehicle. Robertson was said to have blacked out behind the wheel. The vehicle hit a utility pole and a city street sign before traveling through several residential lawns. Robertson, and a passenger in his vehicle, fled the scene but were later identified and apprehended. Robertson was cited for improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident.
